Requirements
Must provide documentation (photo ID, passport, etc) Accepts walk-ins, "* Income must be no more than 200 of the Federal Poverty Line to receive a Half or Full Scholarship. We except 3rd Party Providers: SilverSneakers,Silver & Fit and Renew Active. We offer traditional membership at $15 a month, $205 Full Payment, plus a $25 annual fee
